Pre-order products are defined as products that are not currently in stock. By purchasing products through a pre-sale, you are securing the product to be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available with each item being made to order especially for you. Completion and delivery dates will vary based on factors such as:
Arrival of fabrics and materials to manufacturer
Construction and assembly of garments
Embroidery or printing
Finishing and packaging
Any orders containing a pre-sale item will be shipped partially until the pre-sale item becomes available to ship.
Due to everlasting implications of Covid-19 & weather events, guarantees of completion and delivery dates may vary and any given times are only estimates - meaning completion and delivery may arrive sooner or later than the estimated date. Every effort will be made by us to ensure all are products ready for shipping as soon as possible.
Due to the nature of pre-orders we cannot accept any cancelations after 24 hours from purchase. We will however offer the customer the opportunity to a full refund if waiting time exceeds the estimated completion and delivery date by 28 days.
